Shipping & Returns
We rely on Australia Post and Sendle for our shipping operations. Upon dispatch of your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey. Please be aware that the delivery time frames provided by Australia Post and Sendle are estimates, and while we strive for timely delivery, occasional transit delays may occur, for which Whinny Equestrian cannot be held responsible.
We aim to dispatch all orders by the following day. While our team work diligently to expedite orders, please allow 1-2 days for processing and dispatch, especially during promotional events and sales.
Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Although we hope you love all your items from Whinny Equestrian, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
Return Conditions
- The merchandise must have been purchased through whinny.com.au.
- Returns must be delivered to our warehouse within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund or store credit.
- Proof of purchase must accompany the returned merchandise.
- All returned items must be in their original, resalable condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, and with original tags attached where applicable.
- To avoid disappointment, we advise careful consideration before purchase. If you have any sizing queries, please reach out to us at info@whinny.com.au
- Items returned outside the stipulated return period or showing signs of wear, washing, or makeup marks will not be accepted. Whinny Equestrian reserves the right to reject items not meeting these conditions and will return them to the sender.
Full Price Items
Items purchased at full price or through pre-order are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit. If the original payment method was a gift voucher or store credit, a new voucher will be issued.
Temporary Promotion
Full-price items included in temporary promotions (e.g., Black Friday Sales) are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Final Sale
Items marked as FINAL SALE are clearance items and cannot be returned. We urge you to consider this before making a purchase. Please note that sale markdowns cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
Faulty Returns
In the event of a fault or defect, please email us at info@whinny.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, providing images and a description of the fault. We will endeavour to replace the item free of charge.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items to Whinny Equestrian. However, Whinny Equestrian will cover the delivery costs for items exchanged.
Store Credit Terms and Conditions
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Unused balances on store credits at the time of expiry cannot be extended or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit. Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or digital vouchers.
